DeskBridge Authenticator

Install 1 Authenticator on the user's phone for DeskBridge account protection. It provides standard authenticator codes and the new DeskBridge account-security controls.

Download status: the Android download is the signed DeskBridge production package installed and verified as an in-place upgrade on the Pixel acceptance device. The iOS IPA remains an unsigned test build and requires Apple signing, provisioning or managed distribution before normal device installation. See download manifest.

Install on Android

  1. Open this page on the Android phone.
  2. Tap Download Android APK.
  3. If Android asks for permission to install unknown apps, allow it for the browser or file manager you are using.
  4. Open the downloaded APK and install it.
  5. Open 1 Authenticator.

Use the iOS IPA

  1. Use the IPA only when handling iOS testing, signing or managed distribution.
  2. Apple distribution may require signing, provisioning and device/tester approval.

Pair with DeskBridge

  1. Sign in to DeskBridge when instructed by your administrator.
  2. If DeskBridge asks for 2FA setup, scan the QR code using 1 Authenticator.
  3. If DeskBridge account pairing is offered, approve pairing only when the account name and organisation are correct.
  4. For login approval prompts, approve only logins you started yourself.
  5. If you see a login you do not recognise, deny it and contact DeskBridge support.

Stores and shows standard time-based one-time codes for DeskBridge and other services.

Supports DeskBridge approve/deny prompts where the server integration is enabled.

Session review

Shows active DeskBridge sessions and supports session revoke actions where available.

Emergency controls

Includes account lock, breach mode and recovery start actions for DeskBridge account security workflows.

Important: the phone must stay under the correct user's control. If a phone is lost, stolen, shared, repaired by a third party, or suspected compromised, revoke the device from DeskBridge and contact support immediately.
